Mr. Kamanzi Francis

Kamanzi Francis holds a Master's degree in Educational Management and Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Diploma in Education, a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and several certificates as a teacher trainer.
He has worked in the education profession since 2002, first as a Secondary School Teacher (2002–2011) and, from 2011 to date, as a University lecturer. He has participated in numerous professional development programmes and consultancy assignments, including training in public procurement procedures, school leadership and management, computer literacy, educational mentorship, and teacher professional development.
He has contributed to education quality improvement initiatives including the development of Rwanda's Competence-Based Assessment Framework for Basic Education, review and validation of educational project impact assessments, and the planning, implementation and evaluation of professional development programmes for teachers, school leaders and education inspectors. He has also conducted research in educational leadership and management.
Kamanzi Francis is currently a lecturer at the University of Rwanda – College of Education, and a member of the Governing Body of Mount Kigali University.
