Mary Munyiva Olubayi is an educationist, entrepreneur, business-development leader and resource-planning expert whose career spans educational management, governance, curriculum implementation, institutional growth and community development.

She holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Planning from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Bachelor of Education in English and Literature from Moi University. Her professional development includes transformational leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, capacity building, financial literacy and family-business succession planning.

She is the founder and director of several education and enterprise initiatives, including St. Nicholas Junior Academy, St. Nicholas Teachers Training College, St. Nicholas College of Professional Studies and Olunana Gardens Limited. Through these institutions, she has led curriculum implementation, strategic expansion, regulatory compliance, budgeting, resource mobilisation and the management of large teams of staff and learners.

Her wider leadership service includes appointments with the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, the Kenya Private Schools Association and the Kenya Private Sector Alliance's education sector. She has served in leadership roles supporting teacher professional development, private-school governance, TVET, early-childhood education and national education-policy engagement.

A seasoned trainer and conference speaker, she has presented on curriculum reform, organisational leadership, ethics, corporate governance, TVET education and education-system transformation. Her work is complemented by sustained community service, including medical camps, support for learners and initiatives that promote youth skills development and access to education.
