Minimum Requirement
- Advanced high school certificate with at least two principal passes in either science or Arts related subjects subjects,
- Students who have successfully completed vocational education and training (TVET)
- Students from other accredited universities and colleges on credit transfers.
- Any other student whose qualifications are recognized by the Higher Education Council and Rwanda National Qualifications Framework.
