The School of Health Sciences offers innovative programmes for health workers. The studies incorporate discoveries, evolving knowledge and up-to-date technical know-how required of a 21st-century health worker in an integrated healthcare system. The MKUR School of Health Sciences offers programmes in medical laboratory sciences, public health and nursing.

At the Department of Nursing, you will be trained on autonomous and collaborative care of individual patients, families, groups and communities in all settings. We emphasis on integration of new healthcare technology and the need to translate research-based knowledge into real life nursing practice.
3. Department of Medical Laboratory
You will learn about important aspects and functioning of the human body such as immunology, haematology and blood transfusion, microbiology, urology, molecular biology, histology and cytology, parasitology and entomology, and clinical chemistry.
