- Two principal passes in Arts /sciences related subjects or a Senior 6 professional and at least two principal passes or a -Diploma in Hospitality and tourism related fields.
- Students from other accredited universities and colleges. Any other student whose qualifications are recognized by the Higher Education Council and Rwanda National Qualifications Framework
