Job Purpose
To provide effective administrative, coordination and executive support to designated Executive University offices - the Chairman, University Governing Body (UGB), and Group Human Resource and Administration - while providing timely and professional online customer-care support to students and other stakeholders.

Responsible For
- Executive and Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to designated senior University offices.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, correspondence and official communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up action points.
- Maintain effective filing, records and electronic document-management systems.
- Support the organization of meetings, events and official University activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Online Student Customer Care and Support
- Serve as a designated online customer-care contact for students through approved digital platforms.
- Respond to student enquiries and provide accurate guidance on University services and procedures.
- Receive, record, track and follow up student enquiries, complaints and service requests.
- Resolve routine enquiries and escalate matters requiring specialist intervention to the appropriate offices.
- Monitor outstanding cases and ensure timely responses in accordance with approved service standards.
- Identify recurring student concerns and recommend improvements to student-support services.
- Maintain professional, respectful and student-centred communication and ensure confidentiality of student information.
- Reporting and General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, meetings, student enquiries, complaints and resolutions.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer-care activities, outstanding cases and service trends.
- Support monitoring of customer-care standards and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with University policies, procedures and service standards.
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the position as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Administration, Management, Communication or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least three (3) years' relevant experience in executive administration, office administration, customer care, student services or a related field.
- Experience in online customer service and digital communication platforms is an added advantage.
