Minimum Requirement
- Student who has a certificate in senior six with two (2) principal pass in biology and chemistry with score grade of A-C and subsidiary in Mathematics, Physics and Geography.
- The A2 holder from associate nursing program should have three (3) principal pass in biology, chemistry, and fundamentals of nursing with score grade of A-C and subsidiary in Mathematics and Physics.
- A midwifery or nursing student from a recognized high learning institution. The candidate may be awarded an exemption following a credit transfer policy not exceeding 49% of the total credits of the program.
