Supervise students during clinical placements in antenatal clinics, labour wards, and postnatal units.
Ensure student compliance with infection prevention and control measures, patient safety standards, and professional ethics.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
For Lecturer: Earned PhD in Nursing with specialization in Midwifery, Obstetric Nursing, Women’s Health, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
For Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Midwifery, Obstetric Nursing, Women’s Health, or Master’s in Midwifery from a recognized institution.
Registered Midwife with a valid practicing license.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at a university or nursing training institution for Lecturer rank; relevant teaching or clinical preceptorship experience is an added advantage for Assistant Lecturer rank.
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in obstetric or maternity health settings.
Evidence of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals is an added advantage.
B. Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer in Medical-Surgical Nursing

Deliver lectures, tutorials, case discussions, and practical/laboratory sessions in Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.

C. Lecturer in Community Health Nursing
Position Title: Community Health Nurse Lecturer
